Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. With less that 24 hours notice by phone (not by email), you may be charged 50% of the total cost of the reserved treatments. Believe us - we would much rather you show up and receive a great treatment than for you to miss your appointment and be charged this fee.
Arriving Late
Please be considerate that there may be another appointment scheduled after your treatment. This means a late arrival may subtract from your treatment time as our therapists have guests scheduled directly after. We will try our best to accommodate if possible.
Conduct / Etiquette
No cell phones please. We ask that all guests of Holistic Elements keep voice levels to a minimum as we have created a serene and relaxing atmosphere away from the chaos of the city.
